Senior School

Welcome to the Senior School at Sydney Adventist College. 

Our senior campus offers a program for students in Years 9-12 which is designed to provide a positive and engaging learning environment with an appropriate level of challenge for each student and the opportunity to achieve the best possible School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.

At Sydney Adventist College, we are committed to providing our students with an educational experience that will develop every aspect of their being to their fullest potential.   Jesus Christ teaches us that his greatest commandments are to “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind… [and to] love your neighbour as yourself’” (Matthew 22:36, NIV). For this reason we believe that education is about more than academics - it includes developing the whole person through a program of strong academics, varied extracurricular options, and intentional spiritual and emotional nurturing. It’s this kind of education that can change students—and change their world through them.  

As a College we encourage each student to achieve success in reaching their personal goals.  We see our role as a partnership with parents who are working with us from home to achieve the best outcomes for their child.

My experience as a teacher, administrator, principal and deputy principal attest to my passion for young people and my commitment to Christian education.  It is an honour to work with students and their families in my capacity as Deputy Principal at Sydney Adventist College.
