Customer Satisfaction
HIGH LEVELS OF SATISFACTION FROM PARENTS, STUDENTS AND STAFF AT SYDNEY ADVENTIST COLLEGE
In a customer satisfaction survey conducted in 2008, parents, students and staff indicated their high level of satisfaction with all components of the College program. Sydney Adventist College is proud of these results and would like to thank the parents, staff and students who participated in this survey.
The survey used a school questionnaire covering the following components of the school program, as well as an overall school satisfaction question:

STRATHFIELD campus STAFF satisfaction
More than 75% of staff were satisfied or extremely satisfied with all components of the college program as well as with their overall experience at Sydney Adventist College.
STRATHFIELD campus STUDENT satisfaction
More than 75% of students indicated that they had a strong school generated friendship network with around 70% of students indicating that they were satisfied or extremely satisfied with their overall experience at Sydney Adventist College.
STRATHFIELD campus PARENT satisfaction
More than 75% of parents were satisfied or extremely satisfied with every component of the school program. There was a high positive response in terms of school communication, an appropriate school environment, co-curricular activities, positive school relationships, friendship networks and an overall satisfaction with their experience with the College.
AUBURN campus STAFF satisfaction
Most of the Auburn campus staff had a rating of three or higher, indicating that more than 75% of the staff were extremely satisfied with every component of the school program. Approximately 95% of staff were satisfied or extremely satisfied with their overall experience on the Auburn campus of Sydney Adventist College.
AUBURN campus STUDENT satisfaction (Year 5 & 6)
75% of student respondents indicated satisfaction or extreme satisfaction for eight out of nine components surveyed, with around 60% of students indicating satisfaction or extreme satisfaction with one component. More than 75% of students were satisfied or extremely satisfied with their overall school experience.
AUBURN campus PARENT satisfaction
An extremely high number of parents indicated satisfaction or extreme satisfaction with all components of the school program. For most components, more than 80% of parents indicated this high level of satisfaction. Almost 90% of parents were satisfied or extremely satisfied with their overall experience at Sydney Adventist College.
